What type of services do you offer?
We offer a variety of embroidery services including embroidery/monogramming, vinyl decals, and heat press.
What is your embroidery turn around time?
Items purchased in store will be ready in just 3 business days!
Our embroidery turnaround time is usually 7-10 business days. There are busy seasons where this turn around time is longer. You can always call to inquire. There is an $20 rush fee if you need an item to embroidered within 24 hours. There is a $12 fee to have it done before the due date set by the calendar at the shop.
Do you monogram outside items?
Yes! We do monogram items that are not purchased at our store. The turn around time is longer and there is a small fee for bringing in an outside item.
Do you gift wrap?
We do offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for items purchased in our store.
What kind of gift items do you have in your store?
